No more late nights
This is worth more than I ever could have imagined! I basically just tweak the materials, which takes a few minutes, rather than spending hours working on lesson plans. The scope and sequence of the units is logical and easy to follow, and the lessons are well designed. I haven't stayed up late once this year working!
Everything you need
I am so thankful I made the decision to purchase Listo and Llamativo! It has streamlined how I run my class, and incorporated more meaningful discussions for students. Everything about Listo and Llamativo has saved me time. No worries about creating answer keys? CHECK. Not having to create alternative versions of tests? CHECK. Having fun, meaningful projects? CHECK. Really, this has EVERYTHING you need!
Manageable workload for students
I generally like Listo y Llamativo. I really like the order of topics and grammar introduced as well as how there's not a tremendous amount of vocab introduced all at one time. Thus, the work and vocab are quite manageable.
Higher test scores
The quizzes/tests we've gotten to so far have had high scores. Many 100% on quizzes. At first I thought this might mean they are too easy, but then changed that thinking to it showing how much confidence [the students] have with the material.
It has helped me immensely
I love how you have it all broken down. I love the conversation bits as well as how you break down vocab and have a PowerPoint with it. I am using all of it at this time so it has helped me immensely. I like the exercises which I call warm-ups and your exit tickets as well. Oh and I love the games! My kids are loving them!
Helps students enjoy speaking Spanish
I love the way it incorporates written & speaking/interactive activities each lesson! It gives the students a structured interaction which helps lower the affective filter in the classroom. It's stressful to speak a foreign language, but this curriculum helps them to enjoy it.
